I'm starting this blog to write (and learn) about all things wellness. This will be about food, nature, exercise, nature - anything really that contributes to our wellness as people. To me, wellness is not just what you eat or what your exercise routine is. It is related to all the various factors in your life - your relationships, your work, your routine - the quality of each of these contribute to your overall physical, mental, and emotional health. I am excited about the potential and hope sharing my experiences can help others.
